Mr. DePalma enjoys broad experience in criminal prosecution and defense, civil defense, property management, as well as drafting contracts and other legal documents

 

Before entering the legal profession, Mr. DePalma served in the Army 82d Airborne Division and Third Infantry Division, and is a combat veteran of the Persian Gulf War.

 

Mr. DePalma lives where he practices in the beautiful town of Woodland Park, nestled in the mountains between Teller and El Paso Counties. When he isn't working, you might find Bart and his wife Brenda hiking on one of our trails with their dogs.
